THIS WEEK: The Southwest Minnesota State University men's basketball team concludes its four-game homestand with a pair of Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference games at the R/A Facility.  SMSU (4-4, 3-1 NSIC) will battle No. 16 Winona State University (8-1, 3-0 NSIC) on Friday, Dec. 16, starting at 8 p.m., before taking on Upper Iowa University (3-3, 0-2 NSIC) on Saturday, Dec. 17, with tip-off slated for 6 p.m.  Following this weekend's games, SMSU will have 14 days between games, before returning to conference play on Sunday, Jan. 2, at Minnesota, Crookston.
