MARSHALL, Minn. - The Southwest Minnesota State wheelchair basketball team captured its first win of the season with a 53-46 victory over the Madonna Magic on Saturday night. However, the Magic would avenge the loss with a 46-39 win in overtime in game two. On Sunday morning, The Mustangs would take what would be the final game, 52-41, as the final meeting between the two teams was canceled. SMSU is now 2-5 on the season.

The Mustangs will continue action this weekend with five games in Whitewater, Wis. First up on Friday, Nov. 16 at 4 p.m. will be the University of Missouri Tigers.
