COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Southwest Minnesota State University wheelchair basketball team closed its season on Friday with a 72-61 victory over the Missouri Predators in an exhibition game at the National Intercollegiate Wheelchair Basketball Tournament on the campus of the University of Missouri.
SMSU, the No. 7 seed, dropped a 79-41 decision to No. 2 seed Texas-Arlington in the first round on Thursday, before losing 58-33 to Edinboro (Pa.) in the consolation round.
