MARSHALL, Minn. – The Southwest Minnesota State University wheelchair basketball team returns home this Saturday and Sunday at the PE Gym hosting a four-team tournament. A total of 10 games will be played during the two-day event.
SMSU (9-13) opens round-robin play on Saturday taking on Sioux Falls starting at 11 a.m. SMSU will then take on the Rolling Timberwolves with tip-off slated for 3:30 p.m., before closing the evening with a 6:30 p.m. match-up versus UNO/Madonna.
The No. 1 and No. 4 seed will play later Saturday night at 8:30, while the No. 2 vs. No. 3 seeds will open play on Sunday at 9 a.m. The third place game is at 10:30 on Sunday morning followed by the championship game at 12 p.m.
