MARSHALL, Minn. – Concordia-St. Paul recorded its seventh shutout of the season in earning a 3-0 victory over Southwest Minnesota State in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference women's soccer on Sunday at the Schwan Regional Event Center.
CSP, which has allowed just four goals all season, improve to 7-1-3 overall, 4-1-3 NSIC. SMSU, which has lost three in a row, falls to 3-8 overall, 3-6 NSIC.
CSP closed the game with 19 shots, including 12 on goal and also had a 7-1 advantage on corner kicks.

The Golden Bears opened the scoring in the 25 minute as Jena Berkland scored her fourth of the season off an assist from Leah Johnson.
The score remained 1-0 into the second half before Jade Weller scored on a penalty kick in the 68
th minute. Weller scored her second of the game—and third of the season—with an unassisted goal in the 80
th minute.
Jessica Craigmile started in goal for SMSU and finished with nine saves.
