MARSHALL, Minn. – The Southwest Minnesota State women's basketball team earned its third consecutive win with a 90-40 victory over North Central on Tuesday night in the R/A Facility.

Meleah Reinhart poured in a career-high 22 points to lead the Mustangs (3-2) to a 50-point margin victory over North Central (2-2). NSIC South Division Player of the Week,
Caleigh Rodning, recorded her third consecutive double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.

SMSU shot 44 percent from the field (31 of 71) and 34 percent from the 3-point line while the NCU shot 33 percent from the field (16 of 49) and 24 percent from beyond the arc. The Mustangs went for 70 percent from the free throw line (16 of 23) while the Rams shot just 60 percent going to the line five times (3 of 5).

SMSU converted 33 points off of turnovers and 38 points earned in the paint. SMSU's bench outscored NCU's bench 29 to six.

NCU was led by Betty Rand who recorded 10 points.
