MARSHALL, Minn. – The Southwest Minnesota State University wheelchair basketball team returns to the road this Friday and Saturday with four games in Champaign, Illinois, at the University of Illinois Tournament.
SMSU, which is coming off a 2-2 weekend in Omaha, Nebraska, last weekend, will hav a pair of games on Friday and two more on Saturday.
The Mustangs (6-13) take on Illinois on Friday morning at 10, before facing on UW-Whitewater at 2 p.m. On Saturday, SMSU battles Auburn at 10 a.m., before closing the weekend versus Nebraska Omaha at 2 p.m.
This weekend will be the final regular season games for SMSU, before hosting the National Wheelchair Basketball Tournament on March 15-17, at the R/A Facility and PE Gym.
