MARSHALL, Minn. - The Southwest Minnesota State University women's soccer team (2-5-1, 2-2-1 NSIC) defeated Minnesota Crookston (0-9, 0-5 NSIC) Sunday afternoon by a score of 2-0.
Haley Mason scored in both halves, with the first coming in the 21st minute off of assists from
Brianna Guerrero and
Audrey Gallagher. Mason's second goal came in the 46th minute, the goal was assisted by
Brooke Wetterstrom.
Kenna Conley made 2 saves in net for SMSU as she registered her second shutout of the season.

The Mustangs will return to action on Friday, when they travel to Mankato to take on the Minnesota State Mavericks at 3 p.m. Then, on Sunday, they will travel to Sioux Falls to take on the Cougars at 1 p.m.
