WHITEWATER, Wis. -- The No. 8 seed Southwest Minnesota State University wheelchair basketball team suffered an 81-59 loss to No. 1 seed University of Arizona on Thursday afternoon in the quarterfinals of the National Intercollegiate Wheelchair Basketball Tournament.

SMSU, which won its first game of the tournament versus Edinboro University on Thursday morning, drops to the consolation bracket and will now play City University of New York on Friday at 10 a.m.
