OMAHA, Neb. - The Southwest Minnesota State women's basketball team competed against the No. 21-ranked Creighton Bluejays on Wednesday night in Omaha, Neb., dropping the exhibition 92-51.
This was the Mustangs' second exhibition against an NCAA Division 1 program since Nov. 2, 2022, when they faced South Dakota State University.
Creighton shot 47% (35 of 73) from the field and 34% (10 of 29) from downtown. The Mustangs would shoot 41% (22 of 54) from the field and grab nine offensive rebounds.

Audrey Swanson led SMSU with 11 points apiece.
SMSU opens its season on Friday, Nov. 8, with a game against Washburn in St. Cloud, Minn., with tip-off set for 4 p.m.
