MARSHALL, Minn. – The Southwest Minnesota State University Athletics Department is proud to announce its continued partnership with the Schwan's Company on a three-year agreement as a corporate partner with SMSU Athletics.
 
"Being a part of this journey with SMSU and helping them make a difference for student athletes is very important to us," said Mark Goldman, vice president of public relations for Schwan's. "We are honored to continue our long-standing partnership, and we look forward to cheering on Mustang Athletics in the years to come."
 
SMSU and Schwan's Company, two organizations from Marshall, have partnered on many projects and programs through the years. This most recent partnership includes a donation of $180,000 from Schwan's Company in support of scholarships. Schwan's Company brands such as Red Baron^® pizza and bibigo™ foods will also have a strong presence on campus through campus dining, concessions and other culinary initiatives.
