BURNSVILLE, Minn. - The 2026 NSIC Men's Basketball Tournament bracket is set as the
22-game regular season ended Saturday night. The tournament will consist of 12 teams seeded using the 22-game conference schedule. St. Cloud State, the NSIC Regular Season Champions, Augustana, Concordia-St. Paul and Southwest Minnesota State are the top four seeds and will receive a first round bye.
The first round of the tournament is set for Wednesday, Feb. 25, on the campuses of the higher seed in each match-up. First round games will be available for free on the
NSIC Network.
SMSU, the No. 4 seed, will open tournament play on Sunday, March 1, at 4:30 p.m. at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D., and will face the winner of Minnesota State and Winona State.
The quarterfinals, semifinals, and championship will take place on February 28 to March 3 at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. All rounds of the NSIC Men's Basketball Tournament played at the Sanford Pentagon will air exclusively live on Midco Sports and Midco Sports Plus. Midco subscribers can view games either on Midco Sports channel 622 or stream via
Midco Sports Plus. Fans that do not have Midco Sports must subscribe to Midco Sports Plus to view contests (available via web browser, via Android or IOS app or on Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Roku). A monthly subscription will give fans full access to all 14 NSIC tournament games played at the Sanford Pentagon. Fans would also have access to all Midco Sports Plus content during the duration of their subscription. Subscriptions are for 30 days from the date of registration and can be cancelled at any time. Midco Sports Plus is a standalone product and fans do not need to have any other Midco services.
