High School: 2007 graduate of Ankeny HS ... led his team to the 2007 Class 4A state tournament earning first team all-conference honors ... also was named first team all-state by the Iowa Coaches Association and second team all-state by the Des Moines Register ... averaged 18 points per game as a senior while grabbing 8.6 rebounds per game, shooting 60 percent from the field and 78 percent from the free throw line ... as a junior averaged 14 points and seven rebounds per game ... earned all-district and second team all-conference honors ... shot 53 percent from the field and 72 percent from the free throw line.
