FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
This page is to help answer frequently asked questions and used as a guide to using your online ticketing account. Every season ticket account is accompanied with an online account that customers can use to manage their own tickets at no charge. There is no charge for TicketReturn account owners to check account information, print, transfer or use mobile tickets.Â

First Time Users – Finding Your Account
STEP 1Â Â Â Â Â Â Go to www.ticketreturn.comÂ
STEP 2Â Â Â Â Â Â Click Help Me Find My Account under the Customer Login at the top of the screen
STEP 3      Enter EITHER your first name, last name and State OR Email Address and click on Find My   Account
STEP 4      Any user accounts meeting your criteria are displayed. Select the account you want and click Continue.
STEP 5      Your security phrase appears. Answer the question and click Continue.
STEP 6      Your account information appears. You will be required to enter a User ID and password and answer a security question. Edit any account information as needed and click Update Account Information.
Returning Users - Online Account
STEP 1Â Â Â Â Â Â Go to www.ticketreturn.com
STEP 2Â Â Â Â Â Â Enter your Username and password next to the Customer Login
Note: If you only have tickets to one Event Series, the ticket management options are displayed for that Event Series. If you have tickets to multiple Event Series’, click the Event Series you wish to manage and those ticket management options are displayed. Click Your Tickets at any time to return to the main menu of your account
Resetting Your Password
STEP 1Â Â Â Â Â Â Log into your TicketReturn account
STEP 2 Â Â Â Â Â Click Change Password
STEP 3      Enter your User ID, Password, New Password and Confirm New Password, click Continue
Updating Your Account
STEP 1Â Â Â Â Â Â Log in to your TicketReturn account
STEP 2      Click Your Account
Note: If you have tickets to multiple Event Series’, select the Event Series first, the click Your Account. Â

STEP 3Â Â Â Â Â Â Your account information displays. Make changes to the information as necessary.
STEP 4      Click Update Account Information.
Print Tickets                                                                                 Â
When you print a ticket, only one copy will be valid. Tickets contain a bar code and only the first ticket scanned at the event will be accepted.
STEP 1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Log in to your TicketReturn accountÂ
STEP 2         Click Print Tickets.
Note: If you have tickets to multiple Event Series’, select the Event Series first, then click Print Tickets.
STEP 3Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Select the events for which you would like to print tickets and click Next
STEP 4Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Select the tickets you would like to print and click Print
STEP 5         Ticket images will be displayed for each ticket. Click Print Tickets*

*A print confirmation window will appear. If your tickets printed, click OK (the ticket status will be updated to Tickets Printed). If your tickets did NOT print, click CANCEL (your ticket status will not change and you may attempt to print your tickets again).

View Mobile Tickets
STEP 1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â On your mobile device, Log in to your TicketReturn accountÂ
STEP 2Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Click View Mobile Tickets
Note: If you have tickets to multiple Event Series’, select the Event Series first, then click View Mobile Tickets.
STEP 3Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Select the event you want to view and click Next
STEP 4Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Select the tickets you want to view and click View Mobile Tickets
STEP 5         The selected mobile tickets are displayed on your mobile device as QR codes and are ready to be scanned by a gate attendant. Once the ticket is scanned, it is no longer valid. Click Your Tickets to return the main menu of your account.
Transfer Tickets
If you know you will not be able to use tickets for an event, you may transfer them to another person. If you transfer a ticket to someone else, your ticket is no longer valid.
STEP 1Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Log in to your TicketReturn accountÂ
STEP 2Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Click Transfer Tickets
Note: If you have tickets to multiple Event Series’, select the Event Series first, then click View Mobile Tickets.
STEP 3Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Select the events for tickets you want to transfer rand click the Next
STEP 4Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Check the tickets you want to transfer and click Next
STEP 5         On the next page, indicate to whom the tickets will be transferred. You can select a recent recipient, or you can enter the email of the recipient in the Email Address box. You can only transfer tickets to one recipient at a time. NOTE: The transferee does not need an existing TicketReturn account.
STEP 6Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Do one of the following:
                    If you selected a recent recipient, skip to Step 7. If you entered an email address and a TicketReturn account was NOT found for the recipient, a page prompting for more information about the recipient appears. Enter the information and click Next. Â
                   If you entered an email address and a TicketReturn account WAS found for the recipient, the TicketReturn account holder is listed and selected. Click Next.
STEP 7         The next page confirms your transfer. If the information is correct, click Transfer Tickets.
STEP 8         The next page notifies you that the transfer is complete. The transferee is now notified by email that tickets have been transferred to him/her. Click Transfer More Tickets to complete the transfer procedure again. Or, click Your Tickets to return to the main menu of your account.

Note: Once a ticket is transferred, the ticket is no longer available in the original customer account and the original barcode becomes invalid.
