Ross Webskowski serves as Associate Athletic Director for Internal Affairs for SMSU Athletics and helps oversee budget management for the department, including sports budgets, departmental invoices and expense reports. He also works closely with various other special projects for the department.

Southwest Minnesota State University complies with the requirements of the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) by completing an annual report of participation rates, financial support and other information on its intercollegiate athletic programs. The EADA reports the institutions' commitment to providing equitable athletic opportunities for its men and women students.
