SMSU Athletics

Kara Damm is in her first season as the head coach of the SMSU Cheer Team in 2013-14.

Damm has been a cheerleader coach and judge for nine years at the high school level and is a member of the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Advisors.  She is very excited to become a part of the Mustang Family.

Damm attended Dakota State University, in Madison, SD earning her Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Education. 

Kara lives in Slayton with her husband, Dominick and their two children.
