Tath Dak is in his second season as an assistant men's basketball coach at SMSU in 2023-24.

Dak, a native of Lincoln, Neb., comes to SMSU after spending four seasons as player at the University of Minnesota-Morris. He served as a team captain for the Cougars while playing in 62 career games.

Dak, who is pursuing his master's degree at SMSU, graduated from UMM in 2022 with a degree in financial and organizational management.
