GAME NOTES

OPENING TIP
The Southwest Minnesota State University (3-1, 0-0 NSIC) men's basketball team opens the 22-game Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference season this weekend hosting a pair of games at the R/A Facility in Marshall.  SMSU will face Augustana College (3-1, 0-0 NSIC) on Friday, Dec. 3, before taking on Wayne State College (4-0, 0-0 NSIC) on Saturday, Dec. 4.  Both games are slated to begin at 8 p.m.  Wayne State will open conference play on Friday night at Minnesota State, Mankato before taking on SMSU.
