MARSHALL, Minn. – Southwest Minnesota State University student-athletes put together another strong academic semester with 169 named to the 2026 Spring semester Dean's List, with 49 earning High Honors.
 
There are two Honors categories for the Dean's List. An undergraduate student who completes 12 or more A-F graded credits and achieves a grade-point-average of 3.5 or higher earns Honors. If a 4.0 grade-point-average is achieved, the student earns High Honors.
 
The entire 2025-26 academic year was an incredible success for SMSU Athletics with student-athletes producing a department record-setting 3.35 cumulative grade point average.
 
Congrats Mustang student-athletes on a tremendous semester and keep up the great work in 2026-27!
