GAME NOTES (PDF)

THIS WEEK: The Southwest Minnesota State University men's basketball team (11-8, 6-7 NSIC) continues its four-game homestand this weekend with a pair of Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference games.  SMSU will take on Minnesota State University Moorhead (7-13, 4-9 NSIC) on Friday, Feb. 5, before facing the University of Minnesota, Crookston (3-16, 0-13 NSIC) on Saturday, Feb. 6.  Both games are slated to tip-off  at 8:05 p.m. at the R/A Facility.
    SMSU, which plays four of its last seven regular season games at home, begins the weekend in a tie for seventh place in the NSIC standings with Wayne State and Upper Iowa.

WEEKEND GAMES ON TELEVISION: Both games this weekend will be televised live by Midcontinent Communications from Sioux Falls, S.D.  Midcontinent is available on cable systems throughout the states of Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota.  Tom Neiman and Al Bahe will handle the broadcast.

RADIO: SMSU men's basketball will be aired all season on 105.1 FM KARL with Aaron Ziemer handling play-by-play for the eighth consecutive season.
