THIS WEEK: The Southwest Minnesota State University men's basketball team opens Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference play this Friday, Dec. 2, when the Mustangs (1-2) take on No. 18 Augustana College (3-1) at the Elmen Center in Sioux Falls, S.D., with tip-off set for 8 p.m.  SMSU will then face Wayne State College (1-3) on Saturday, Dec. 3, starting at 6 p.m. at Rice Auditorium in Wayne, Neb.  Following this weekend's games, SMSU will have its first two home games of the season on Dec. 9-10, taking on St. Cloud State and Concordia.
