GAME NOTES

THIS WEEK: The Southwest Minnesota State University (4-6, 0-0 NSIC) baseball team will take on Augustana College (9-8, 2-0 NSIC) in a non-conference game on Wednesday, March 30, in Sioux Falls, S.D., starting at 4 p.m.  The game was added on Tuesday morning.  SMSU will then open Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference play on Saturday and Sunday, April 2-3, with a four-game series versus the University of Mary (4-10, 0-4 NSIC) at North Sioux City High School in Sioux City, Iowa.  Saturday''s doubleheader begins at 1:30 p.m., while Sunday's twinbill begins at 12 p.m.  The games were originally scheduled to be played in Marshall, but poor field conditions forced the series to be moved.
