MARSHALL, Minn. – Shaun Condon scored a game-high 23 points on 9 of 15 shooting to lead Southwest Minnesota State to an 88-75 exhibition game victory over Waldorf College (Iowa) on Wednesday night.
Condon was one of four Mustang players to score in double figures.
Lavione West added 19 points off the bench with a team-high seven rebounds,
Matt Zager added 14 points, while
Jordan Miller chipped in with 12 points and five assists.
Tramel Barnes dished out a game-high six assists.
Robert Burns led the Warriors with 19 points.
SMSU shot 56.5 percent (35 of 62) from the field, including 8 of 19 from 3-point range, but was outrebounded 42-33. Waldorf finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds, but only scored 12 second chance points.
Waldorf finished the game shooting 36.5 percent (23 of 63) from the field and was just 5 of 19 from 3-point range.
