THIS WEEK - The Southwest Minnesota State University baseball team (12-12, 3-5 NSIC) continues Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference play tomorrow with a doubleheader versus Winona State University (9-14, 6-5 NSIC) at Alumni Field starting at 1:30 p.m. The home games will be the first for SMSU in nearly two years. The Mustangs have played 69 consecutive games away from Alumni Field since April 29, 2012.
SERIES HISTORY - Winona State leads the all-time series versus Southwest Minnesota State 108-54. The 162 games played is the most versus any opponent in SMSU history. WSU leads the series 10-9 since the 2008 season. The teams split a conference doubleheader last season played in Sioux Falls, S.D.
