Caleigh Rodning to earn a 75-55 NSIC victory over Upper Iowa on Friday night at the R/A Facility.

Lauren Hedlund scored six points in the victory and in the process became the 19th player in team history to score 1,000 career points.
SMSU improves to 2-3 overall, 1-1 NSIC, while UIU drops to 2-6 overall, 0-2 NSIC.
Erin Baxter scored 11 points for SMSU and also grabbed five rebounds.
Taylor Holicky added 10 rebounds to help SMSU earn a 44-39 rebound advantage.
Southwest Minnesota State continues home play tomorrow facing Winona State at 5 p.m.
