MARSHALL, Minn. – Due to poor weather and field conditions, the Southwest Minnesota State baseball season-opening doubleheader scheduled for Wednesday, March 1, at Briar Cliff College in Sioux City, Iowa, has been canceled.
 
SMSU will now open its 2023 season at the Tucson Invitational on March 4 versus Morningside (Iowa) at 8:30 p.m. CST.
