RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Southwest Minnesota State University women's tennis team lost of pair of non-conference matches on Monday versus teams from the Great American Conference at the Chartswells Complex.
SMSU opened with a 7-0 loss to Arkansas Tech, before losing 4-0 to Henderson State (Ark.).
SMSU, which has played a tough non-conference schedule this spring, along with two conference matches, is now 1-10 overall.
The Mustangs return to NSIC play on March 18 versus Upper Iowa and on March 19 versus Winona State. Both matches will take play at the Winona Tennis Center in Winona, Minn.
