BURNSVILLE, Minn. - With frost forecasted for Saturday morning in Minot, N.D., the start times for the NSIC Cross Country Championship, held at Souris Valley Golf Course, have been adjusted. The men's 8,000-meter race will move back one hour and will begin at 11 a.m. The women's 6,000-meter race will follow with a noon start. More information on the NSIC Cross Country Championships can be found at www.NorthernSun.org/NSICCC.

The women's race will have 15 teams competing while 13 teams will run in the men's race. Fans can follow the action via social media (#NSICCC) and on the NSIC Network. Admission to the championship is free.
