MARSHALL, Minn. – Officials from Southwest Minnesota State University and Minot State University have announced on Wednesday that the upcoming SMSU/MSU four game Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference series hosted at the Sandhills Global Youth Complex in Lincoln, Neb., will now be played on Monday, Feb. 23 and Tuesday, Feb. 24.
The series was originally scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 22, and Monday, Feb. 23, but potentially poor weather conditions in Lincoln on Sunday triggered the change of date.
Monday's doubleheader will begin at 2 p.m., and game two at 4 p.m. Game one on Tuesday will start at 11 a.m. and game two will start at 1 p.m. The first three games of the series are scheduled to be conference games, with the fourth game scheduled as a non-conference game.
