MARSHALL, Minn. – Officials from Southwest Minnesota State and the University of Mary announced on Tuesday this weekend's four-game baseball series between the two schools will be played on Friday and Saturday at Bismarck Municipal Ballpark in Bismarck, N.D. The series is moved up one day due to expected poor weather conditions on Sunday.  
 
Friday's doubleheader is set to begin at 1:30 p.m., while Saturday's doubleheader will start at 12 p.m. The first three games of the series will be Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference games, while the fourth match-up will be a non-conference game.
 
SMSU is 13-7 overall, 3-6 NSIC, while UMary is 6-10 overall, 2-4 NSIC.
