Final Results
BUCKEYE, Ariz. - The Southwest Minnesota State women's golf team finished in seventh place with a 132-over-par 708 at the 13-team Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championships at Sundace G.C. in Buckeye, Ariz.
Upper Iowa took home first place with a team score of 630.
The Mustang low score of the day was carded by
KC Kane, who fired a 12-over-par 84 and finished the two-day event tied for 13th at 25-over-par 169.
Melissa Lackas was the only other Mustang player to finish in the top 20 as she recorded a final round 86 on Sunday to finish tied for 15th overll with a 26-over-par 170.
SMSU will conclude the regular season next weekend for the third and fourth rounds of the NSIC Championships held in Brookings, S.D. SMSU is currently in sixth place in the 12-team championship after the first two rounds were played Oct. 4-5 in St. Paul.
KC Kane begins the third round tied for first place with a 13-over-par 157.
