MARSHALL, Minn. - The Southwest Minnesota State tennis team finished its regular season campaign Wednesday afternoon with a 6-3 victory over NAIA Sioux Falls (S.D.) at Marshall High School. The win was the sixth straight for SMSU.
SMSU finishes the 2009 regular season with a 7-12 record (5-6 NSIC).
The Mustangs were perfect in doubles play, winning all three matches.

Trisha Baldwin and
Toni Pribyl added another three SMSU points from their singles spots to finish the win for the Mustangs.
SMSU will travel to Minneapolis, Minn., this weekend for the NSIC team championships. The Mustangs, who have the No. 7 seed for the tournament, will face No. 2 seed Upper Iowa at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
