GAME NOTES

FIRST PITCH
The Southwest Minnesota State softball team (6-4) will travel to Kissimmee, Fla. to compete in the Rebel Spring Games. The Mustangs have 12 games on the schedule from Mar. 6-12.

SMSU opens the trip taking on Southern Indiana at 9 a.m. EST on Sunday, March 6 before taking on Sciences in Philadelphia at 11 a.m. EST. On Monday, March 7, SMSU faces Northwood (Mich.) at 11 a.m. EST and Wheeling Jesuit (W. Va.) at 1 p.m. EST. On Tuesday, March 8 the Mustangs will travel to Orlando, Fla. to play a doubleheader with Saint Leo University beginning at 5 p.m. EST.

The Mustangs will then return to Kissimmee to take on Indiana (Pa.) at 9 a.m. EST?on Thursday, March 10 before facing California (Pa.) at 11 a.m. EST. On Friday, March 11, SMSU opens the day with Northwood (Mich.) at 9 a.m. EST and will take on California (Pa.) at 11 a.m. EST. On the final day of the trip, Saturday, March 12, the Mustangs will take on Ferris State (Mich.) at 9 a.m. EST before ending the 12-game stretch against Saginaw Valley State (Mich.) at 11 a.m. EST.
