SMSU softball set for final non-conference tune-up with Wayne State; NSIC play begins Saturday with Bemidji State

FIRST PITCH
The Southwest Minnesota State softball team (9-5) will play a non-conference doubleheader against Wayne State (Neb.) (10-8) on Wednesday, March 21, at 2 p.m. in Wayne, Neb. before opening the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference portion of its schedule on Saturday. SMSU begins conference play with a doubleheader at Bemidji State (6-9) at 2 p.m. before wrapping up the weekend at Minnesota Duluth (13-11) on Sunday with a double-dip beginning at noon.
