MARSHALL, Minn. - Southwest Minnesota State University head softball coach
Jamie Dunn announced Thursday morning that the Mustangs' Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference doubleheaders with MSU Moorhead and Northern State this Saturday and Sunday have been moved up a day. SMSU will now travel to take on MSU Moorhead on Friday, April 25 at 3 and 5 p.m., while first pitch with Northern State is slated for Saturday, April 26 at 1 and 3 p.m. in Aberdeen, S.D.
The Mustangs (12-29-1, 9-16-1 NSIC) head into their final approach of the 2014 season and currently sit in 12th place in the NSIC standings. The Mustangs will have some ground to make up in the final four games as they sit 1.5 games behind Upper Iowa for the final spot into the NSIC Tournament.
