ST. PETER, Minn. - The Southwest Minnesota State University women's tennis team dropped a pair of matches to the University of Sioux Falls and Augustana College on Saturday at Gustavus Adolphus College on Saturday.
SMSU dropped both matches 9-0 and falls to 0-4 overall, 0-3 NSIC.
In today's first match versus USF,
Gabby Tellijohn dropped a tough 6-3, 6-2 decision at No. 1 singles, while Tellijohn and
Crystal Overbaugh lost 8-3 at No. 1 doubles.
Katie Kienitz and
Mariya Krumm also lost 8-3 at No. 2 doubles.
In Saturday's late match versus Augustana,
Nicole McQueen battled but dropped a 6-4, 6-2 match at No. 6 singles.
SMSU concludes the weekend on Sunday with a non-conference match versus Gustavus.
