MARSHALL, Minn. — The Southwest Minnesota State wrestling program announced its winners for the program's 2016 raffle. The SMSU wrestling program would like to thank everyone for supporting Mustang wrestling. It was a huge success and will help the team reach its fundraising goal for the year.
