MARSHALL, Minn. - The Southwest Minnesota State University women's tennis team continues Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference play on Saturday with a pair of matches in St. Peter, Minn.
 
SMSU, 6-5 overall, 1-3 NSIC, will take on St. Cloud State (1-4, 1-3 NSIC) starting at 9 a.m., before facing Minnesota Duluth (5-1, 3-1 NSIC) at 5 p.m. Both matches will take place at the Swanson Tennis Center on the campus of Gustavus Adolphus College.   
 
SMSU, which lost to SCSU 6-3 last season, is 5-33 all-time versus SCSU with SMSU's last victory coming during the 1992 season. SCSU has won the last 25 meetings in the series.
 
SMSU lost to UMD 6-3 a season ago and has lost the last eight meetings since 2011. UMD leads the all-time series 24-14.
 
SMSU lost a pair of matches last Saturday in St. Peter, losing 4-3 to UMary and 7-0 to MSU Moorhead.
