SMSU remains perfect on its spring trip and is now 11-8 overall. The Mustangs conclude the trip on Tuesday with a 9 p.m. CDT match at Whittier College (Calif.)

In today's match, the Mustangs won all three doubles matches.
Fatima Murphy and
Paige Janka won at No. 1 by a score of 8-4,
Olivia Watzke and
Daniela Flores picked up a an 8-5 win at No. 2, while
Cora Delich and
Hannah Starke earned an 8-2 win at No. 3.

In singles play, SMSU forfeited at No. 6 and also lost at No. 1 and No. 3, but Flores earned a 6-2, 0-6, 1-0 (10-8) victory at No. 2, while Starke recorded a straight set, 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 4.
Hanna Himmelman then secured the match win at No. 5, earning a 6-3, 6-2 victory.
