MARSHALL, Minn. – The Southwest Minnesota State University women's tennis team begins it spring break trip on Thursday with the first of five non-conference matches.
 
On Thursday, SMSU will take on Concordia (Neb.) in Colorado Springs, Colo., starting at 12 p.m., while on Friday the Mustangs face Colorado College starting at 5 p.m.
 
On Saturday, SMSU will travel to Surprise, Ariz., to take on Ottawa (Ariz.) at 2 p.m., before taking on Saint Katherine (Calif.) in San Marcos, Calif., on Monday with start time at 3 p.m. The team will close its trip on Tuesday versus Whittier College (Calif.) in Whittier, Calif., at 7 p.m.
 
SMSU is 7-8 overall on the season, including 2-6 in conference matches.
