MARSHALL, Minn. - The Southwest Minnesota State University women's and men's cross-country teams return to action this Saturday at the Dordt University Classic in Sioux Center, Iowa.

The women's 6,000-meter race is set to begin at 10 a.m. with the men's 8,000-meter race to follow at 10:35 a.m.

SMSU last competed two weeks ago at the Wayne State Classic in Wayne, Neb. On the women's side,
Madison Marco led the way with a third-place finish in the 3,600-meter race with a time of 14:35, while teammate
Kyra Kusnierek finished in 11th place with a time of 15:21. In the men's 4,200-meter race
, Matthew Groebner paced the way for the Mustangs finishing in eighth place at 14:14.

Saturday's race will be SMSU's final tune-up before the NSIC Championships in Wayne on Oct. 24.
