MARSHALL, Minn. – Due to poor weather across the upper Midwest, the Southwest Minnesota State baseball team's season opening three-game non-conference series versus Wisconsin-Parkside set this weekend in Kansas City, Mo., has been canceled.
 
SMSU will now look to open the season on Feb. 22-23 with a four-game Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference series versus Minnesota Duluth at the Kansas City MLB Urban Youth Academy.
