MANKATO, Minn. – The Southwest Minnesota State women's and men's track & field teams concluded action at the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Championships on Saturday inside Myers Field House hosted by Minnesota State University.
The SMSU men's team finished with 15.3 points to earn 10
TH place, while the women's team closed with five points to finish 14
th overall.
On Saturday,
Brad Tang earned the men's team five points with a fourth-place finish in the 60 meters with a time of 6.95.
Colton Johnson picked up five points in the triple jump closing in fourth place at 14.59 with
Peda Zeba earning one with an eighth-place mark of 14.40m.
Jacob Kunkel closed with a mark of 2.01m in the high jump to place fifth and earn four points, while teammate
Ryan Kronbach tied for eighth to earn 0.3 points.
Minnesota State won both the women's and men's team championships.
